Collaboration in ERMES (European Resources for Mediation Support)

The new Consortium of ERMES, under the lead of the College of Europe,  has recently signed a FWC contract with the European Commission, to support the European Union, to provide mediation and dialogue support on situation of need, with the steer of the EEAS, PRISM/ Mediation Support team.  The Consortium further consists of Interpeace, ESSEC, ECES, and the Foundation Hirondelle (more…)

MediatEUr trains Belgian Diplomats in peace mediation

mediatEUr designed and delivered a one week training course for the Belgian Ministry of Foreign Affairs destined for Belgian diplomats. The training was delivered by Prof. Dr. Lars Kirchhoff, University of Viadrina, Brendan Mc Allister, Pierre-Yves Monette, and Antje Herrberg, with expert input of Marc Otte. The one week training was the first one of its kind and enjoyed the support of the Belgian Foreign Minister Didier Reynders.
